30-Day Return Window

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags attached. Items returned without original packaging or tags may be subject to a restocking fee or rejection.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: In your email, please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. If the item is damaged or defective, please attach clear photos showing the issue.
  3. Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, will provide you with specific return instructions, including the return shipping address. Please do not send your purchase back to our company address without prior authorization and a provided return shipping address.
  4. Package Your Item: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, accessories, and promotional materials are included.
  5. Ship Your Return: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on our return eligibility criteria.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 7-10 business days. Damaged or Incorrect Items Received

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will work diligently to resolve the issue promptly, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, and covering any associated shipping costs.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund amount, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
